Become a Specialist

As a Specialist, your work is at the heart of UDRO. In this role, you use and develop your existing expertise in a relevant field to participate in one or more of our Missions (for a full list, see 'The Mission' page). We tailor your role on a case-by-case basis to ensure you are driven, suited to and effective in relation to tasks you take on. Whether this means providing advice to distressed residents or delving into legal databases as part of our research efforts, editing our proposals or conducting sensitive investigations into corruption or heritage assets, there is a huge amount of important work to be done.
As a Specialist, you can have a real impact on people's lives, and conduct high-stakes work with an important impact on public life.
