All UDRO communications are treated as confidential. Your details will not be shared with third parties without your consent. However, any information shared with the Investigations Team indicating criminal activity may be reported to a law enforcement authority.
Note that with the exception of the Chief Executive, who is kept appraised of all sensitive communications, we apply a confidentiality firewall between all projects. This means that, without your consent, we will not share sensitive information across teams or projects even within our organisation. We do this to avoid compromising the integrity of our Specialists and Members both from the point of view of their UDRO activities, and in relation to their own professional lives.
